Most LED signs are operating with the help of software. A variety of these softwares are available in the market which perform and manage LED signs and displays exactly according to the code defined. Following are the some recent and popular softwares for LED signs that are available in the market:
1. Sigma 3000:
The Sigma 3000 Software is designed to allow you that how to easily create and manage messages for your 4U2SEE and Hyperion LED signs. The Sigma 3000 software can easily create and edit messages that include set play mode, color and speed. Also, the software manages messages and set up your message download display schedule. With the help of viewing message before sending them to the sign with the simulator, it also saves messages and schedules for future use. This software also contains different special features like built in display testing, AVI file import, 48 display modes, adding special fonts, modifying existing fonts, downloading new fonts, inserting time and temperature, etc.
2. Gigatron:
The Gigatron Software is designed to your easily creating, editing and downlooding messages. The software contains downloading of new fonts, adding special fonts, modifying existing fonts, inserting time and temperature and much more. Currently this software has a primary use in the Factory Vision product and older Hyperion LED signs. This software is being phased out and will be eventually replaced by Sigma 3000 software in the near future.
3. Picture File Re-Formatter:
To display pictures on your Hyperion LED signs, this software is used. When you capture the pictures from a digital camera or off of the web then the pixels have to be adjusted according to the size of pixel of LED sign. So this software rearranges a directory of pictures to the pixel size of the Hyperion LED sign that allows the picture to be displayed on the Hyperion LED Display with full size and without any perversion. The software converts either JPG or BMP formatted pictures into the proper size of the LED sign.
4. FlexSender:
The FlexSender is a software that is created for all those display products that utilize ADP or SCP protocols. This software allows the user to print messages in the ADP or SCP formats and then save them in a list file for playback to the displays at a preset time interval. This is a useful software for demonstrations or testing of the displays.
5. Quick Sender:
The Quick Sender software is also created for all those display products that utilize ADP or SCP protocols like FlexSender. Quick Sender has a primary use for testing displays or as a programmer tool to test messages on LED displays quickly.
